Slipknot bassist, Paul Gray, was found dead on Monday morning. I first saw Slipknot in 2000 in Philadelphia and have listened them for years while training. I had the pleasure of seeing them in multiple shows when they opened for Metallica on Metallica’s European Tour in 2003 in support of St. Anger.

It’s such a shame, Slipknot has pushed me through MANY a CFFB workouts. I use “Psychosocial” or “Disasterpiece” for pretty much every max effort SWOD that I do. RIP #2
