CFFB & Loren Cordain

At the CrossFit Football Certification hosted by Front Range CrossFit in Denver, Colorado we were fortunate to have our friend, Dr. Loren Cordain, author of The Paleo Diet, to come speak. He was able to give an excellent lecture on the benefits and effects of a Paleo diet.

Enjoy!

I know what I’m doing tonite. I can barely believe I get to watch this for free. Thanks John.

Also, I volunteered to lead the stretching and condition for my 9 year old’s football team. Pretty excited to bring some crossfit elements into that (and some enthusiasm).

AWESOME!!! Best hour I’ve spend in a LONG time. I’m a nutrition student and HATE the ADA high carb, low protein diet. This video really helped me gain some knowledge to use when I try to argue this with my professors and other students.
