I will start with the first one: Where does Talk To Me Johnnie come from?

My good friend, Brad Scioli, former Indianapolis Colt and Philadelphia native, used to text this to me during the season. During football season you become so focused on playing, practice and survival that you almost check out for 7 months. Kind of like Rambo coming back and going to look for his friends. So it became the universal code for I haven’t seen you in a while, how are things?. And it grew from there..so when I was working on creating this site it seemed natural.
I remember when I was a kid and we would go the video store to get a movie (seems crazy now) I would always be drawn to three movie covers, Bachelor Party with Tom Hanks, Orwell’s 1984 (this was pre-1984 so I thought it was about what was going to place in the next year or two) and First Blood.
Rambo, John J. was the anti-hero. I always did root for the bad guy in movies.
